At 2:15 in that Video the white connector with the 2 red wires. If its broken and doesnt stay locked in the horn wont work either. I believe I was able to get just that part when mine went bad.

I know on my manual HVAC if its set to defrost (windshield vent) it wont let the a/c work. Ive never used the electronic controls but could it somehow have changed modes into defrost? From what I read it should be on Vent mode. Sometimes its the simple things.

A bottle of Ford Friction Modifier fixed that issue for me.

I have the Walker on my Envoy. Its smaller so its easier to install but after a few years I started getting p0420 codes so I just threw on an anti fouler. I had to cut the hangers off the original one to get it out without removing anything else.

I was looking at these recently as well. I ended up buying a new one on amazon for 137$ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HRFN76W/?tag=gmtnation-20 but they seem to be out of stock at the moment. Its been great so far. Only came in black though.

I could be wrong on this but the single cable with the oval rubber seal looks a lot to me like the shifter cable where it passes through the floorboard.

Are you using the correct lug nuts for the new wheels? they could be bottoming out and not tightening the wheels all the way. Rear will have a little play from c clips like you said.

Try hitting your rear tires with a rubber mallet and see if you can reproduce the noise and pinpoint it. check that your spare is tight or maybe rear hatch/glass is moving around.

Might be a dumb question, but you say you used a fuel pressure gauge or was it a fuel pressure test kit? Reason I ask is a gauge may not come with the piece that pushes in the schrader valve so you would have to remove the valve to get a reading.

I don't know anything about the 4wd system, but could it be one of the heat-shields vibrating on the exhaust or something? Noise doesn't sound like plastic to me.

When I had to bleed my brakes I thought I messed up somehow too. Pedal felt soft etc but the brakes worked fine. I was just hyper focussed on the pedal feel since I had worked on/bled the brakes. I just assume all these trucks have soft feeling brakes. Got used to it again and never gave...

I had a similar vibration a while ago and It was a u-joint. Had both replaced and driveshaft balanced. Vibration gone. My rear view mirror would vibrate to where everything was blurry. Guy showed me the old u-joint had a spot where it would kind of stick when you would spin it. Not sure...
