Generally, the certified accounting firm that you hire runs the drawing, so... 
Seriously, I'm fine with either. Just give the can a good shake (with a lid securing the contents), have whomever pulls the winning ticket avert their eyes as they reach into the can, and we should (?) be good. E.g.; we trust you
Oh, and draw an alternate or two, just in case the winner decides to be magnanimous and refuse to claim the prize

I'm fine with either but kinda like the idea of them being folded so none just lie at the bottom. Just my 
Folded, and turn/stir the pot by hand when pulling the final ticket(s).
& then let Penn & Teller pull the ticket out of the hat. Heck it may even be someone from the trailvoy side that wins. lol.

I think any proceeds would be lost in the agent fees

No, I was going to let locksmith in, since i hadn't pulled a ticket yet, and apparently there must have been some confusion about the deadline. Even DJ follow up with a "3 hours left" post But i'd probably have to get another vote on that by the guys who are already in.

No, I was going to let locksmith in, since i hadn't pulled a ticket yet, and apparently there must have been some confusion about the deadline. Even DJ follow up with a "3 hours left" post But i'd probably have to get another vote on that by the guys who are already in.
