Which actuator do I need?

I know there's a million threads but I can't seem to find the name of the exact actuator I need. I replaced the ignition switch on my 03 EXT and the actuator went out for front vents....the defrost still works, but if you select the front vents then the terrible clicking starts happening. Just wondering what the actuator is called, blend door, mode selector? and if anyone knows which one it is so that I can pull one from pull a part and try to install it. THANKS!!!

Used this guidance when I replaced the mode actuator in my Envoy. It went off without a hitch!
