One thing to do when posting the site name.
Put it in with spaces. GMT Nation .com or WWW. GMT Nation .com; you can also very your caps and small.
Spaces are one of the items that is a pain to deal with using regular expression. They also cause DB scripts to run longer.
So it causes two effects. Harder to remove and delays the system.

So let me get this straight... Is the goal to piss off and disrupt the tv site as much as possible? I thought the idea was to invite ppl to come to gmtnation as a way to offer them a better place to get/share info and enjoy it at the same time. I know I was only around tv for a few months and didn't go throught all the changes like alot of you guys did. I understand why you're ticked off, and obviously informing ppl on tv is important so they can get the best advice they can from everyone here. I just don't get some of the things being said and done by the ppl that are the most respected here. It's like a bad break up with a woman.... Just keep pokeing a stick at her till she bites back just to see the reaction. I hope the focus turns back to the reason we're here soon! I as well as many others I'm sure could use all the help you guys can offer. Train wrecks are hard to look away from but are never a good thing! Sorry for the rant, just needed to speek my noob mind I guess.

As a noob I look up to and give respect to all that obviously know much more than me when it comes to why we're here! I commend you all for your knowledge and willingness to share it with everyone (I know I need it!)! I'm new to my tb and to tv/gmt but not forums and seeing them grow to big for themselves to the point that the real info is lost in the shuffle. That just plain SUCKS! All I would see was a exp member trash a noob because they asked the same question that they themselves asked when they first joined years before... Almost became a rescue mission to try to help them. As the "pros" it is both an elite status but also a responsability to help guide noobs (like me) in the right direction. This new site has great potential and the help suggestions I've read are great. No one wants to feal like they can't/shouldn't ask a question and unless it settles down a bit I could see why some may not. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the help and info from the os when I found that site! I only hope this one can offer that and more to many other ppl like me.

But I was posting the link to this site so that I could provide some helpful information to people about where to go. If you look at my posts over there that is what they reflect. The Admins over their have scripts running to clean the site of all GMTnation names and links.
Well I tired every form and format before I finally found one that would stick in my posts, so that I could continue to lead people to helpful information.
Technically I am doing advertising and that is against the forum rules. But I think the advertising is for a good purpose... helping people.

The only thing I want is for ppl to come here and see that we are a better source for the real info that they need. When you look at the "new" posts, alot of them seem to be geared toward trashing tv. Maybe for good reason but some ppl are not going to see thru that and keep on going... I by no meens am pointing firngers at anyone. Everyone here has a passion for they're gmt360s and obviously the problems with the os.

the site has a deer in the head lights look right now. the only high-response articles are the old/informative ones. all of the new ones go no where or have one reply. did some of the moderators that switched over get kicked off the OS? i don't see some of them anymore. if so, HAHAHAAA. Point: Team GMT.
I'm definitely among the banned. I only posted one out of line thing, and Jman got that almost immediately.
One thing to keep in mind... we are NOT against TrailVoy here, we are against VerticalScope. The members on TrailVoy are friends, and potential future members. We just need to keep this in mind... the F*** TrailVoy should be F*** VerticalScope instead. We are entitled to our opinions but we don't want it to look like we hate members of TrailVoy.

they disabled my signature and theyre really taking over and controlling all of the posted content. most hands on theyve been in a while- when the bottom line of the business and ad revenue is in danger... suspicious.
Just lay low and collect articles over there. It took them this long and they are running scripts to catch it all. They can't ban us all, it would look very suspicious to look and see all of the people that normally answer questions are banned.
