Temp door acuator

Bought an 03 Trailblazer about a month and half ago. The drivers side temperature acuator didn't work, was always stuck on heat. So I ordered a new one. Got the old one off. When I went to put the new one on, the white gear that the acuator sits on wasn't in the same position as the new acuator. So I turned it so it would go into the new acuator. 1 was this a mistake? Because I turned the truck on, and let it sit for a minute after plugging it in, the ac started blowing and the temp is a noticeable warmer temp than the passenger side. It's no where near hot, but it's not cold. What should I do?

Probably just need to reset the system and relearn the actuators. Just pull the HVAC-B fuse for 30 seconds, put it back in, turn the key to ignition ON but don't start the engine. Let it do its thing for a couple of minutes and don't touch any of the controls.

And welcome to the Nation! :tiphat:
