Anyone have any advice on replacing rear wheel bearings on my 05 trailblazer. I ordered bearings and seals from rockauto. What weight gearoil and how much is necessary to refill rear? Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Plenty of discussions here (using a simple search), but the definitive article is on our sister site offroadtb.com

Diff fluid is also well-discussed - 2 quarts of synthetic (Mobil 1 or equivalent) 75-90 gear oil. LS additive usually comes with the Mobil 1 now, and is recommended for rear diffs with the G80 automatic locker.

slide hammer, worth looking at bearing race seal kit, makes it easier to tap in bearings and seals, I had to improvise with a ball joint cup

take a look at the shields, if rusted and falling apart, might as well get them since your in there already, just got to make sure to adjust hand brake properly
