Passenger Low and High Beams not working

Hi there, I was hoping someone here could help me out with a headlight problem. I have an 03 envoy and I have had hid headlights in it for many years with no problems. Recently my passenger side lows and high beams are not working. The turn signal works fine. When I turn the lights on/off I can see a small flicker like the low beam bulb is trying to light but doesnt have the power it needs. I have swapped the ballasts and bulbs from the driver to the passenger to see if there was any change and nothing changed. I have checked both 10 amp fuses under the hood and the relay (I think it was 46). All of the fuses/relays are fine. So I am left with thinking that either the wiring inside of the headlight housing has gone bad or some bad connections going on in the switch. Also, my left knob that controls the high and low beams does not work when pushed forward. My high beams only come on when I hold the left stick back. The problem with the high beam stick not working has been happening for a while but the headlights going out is a new problem. Any ideas? Thanks

I would check the actual socket that plugs into the headlight assembly. something must be loose somewhere. maybe the wiring inside the headlight itself. do you have a trailblazer? what year?

Please fill out your frofile

Should I be plugging a test light into the leads on the pinned plug that plugs into the headlight housing?

Grab a copy of my manuals (link in my sig below) and check the wiring diagrams. Sounds like a bad ground or, as mentioned, check the wiring inside the housing.
