looking for replacement rubber insert on console

Not sure what it is called, but need to find the rubber insert that is like the cup holders, those I know where to get.
But the one circled in the photo is what I am trying to find.

Don't know if the extreme heat we have been having the past few weeks did it or not, but it started melting.
