hid flicker

hi all ....i have an 03 envoy sle xl 6 cyl that i installed hids on but i soon found this was a big pain, hids are not designed to run with daylight runing lights because of the reduced voltage.My question to you all does anyone know how to disable or override this circuit thanks Hommer Brampton Ont. Canada

If you would like to keep the auto lights function, you can go the capacitor route as well. It will provide 100% power to your HIDs at all times and it is a DIY mod for about $5.00 USD. Just search "capacitor mod" or "cap mod".
