I changed my front bearing again and this time i noticed an o-ring stiing on the inner side of the new one i didnt use the o-ring . how bad is that ? cant seem to remember using one on the last bearing .

What brand hub? I don't remember seeing one ever.

2 years ago I replaced the œ hubs with raybestos hubs and they came with o rings, btw one hub already took a dump...went with timkins this time

I would put it back, did mine last week, finished the job and looked in the box and saw the o-ring in there, had to tear it down again

Google-imaged "Trailblazer hubs" and saw a few with O-rings. Can't really see them being all that important since 12+ years of an essentially unchanged design never bothered with them. Over 30-100k miles that area is going to see corrosion no matter what you do and I don't recall any instances of hubs welding themselves to the steering knuckle so badly a few whacks with a hammer wouldn't break them loose

Short answer: don't worry about it.:twocents:
