180 Seems OK for highway. Not sure about city but since its only been in the 60's to me 205 seems a bit high. I can tow a 5000 lb trailer in 80 degree weather and the trans only gets up to 215. I would check your fan clutch and make sure it is engaging properly. Might want to consider and investigate if the headers are responsible for heating up the trans a bit. 205 isn't terrible but something you might want to check with others.
