Thanks. That gives me something to go on. I tried switching but it made no difference. IT does work fine after the calibration attempt gives up. I can move floor to ceiling and vice versa along with hot and cold and cold to hot. So its Basically just an annoyting click that i have now. Will try...

Just got done replacing rear evaporator and both rear door solenoids for the ac. Removed 10 amp ac fuse to recalibrate multiple times in attempt to recalibrate but still clicks every time ignition is started. I used ac delco solenoids. Its the vent door (ceiling vs floor) that is hitting against...

They were the gen 2 bag and worked very nicely. just pushed the line into them. Some advance stores actually have them in stock.

I just had this happen where overnight on cold night or really cold day it would sink in a couple hours. Both airbags were dry rotted. But would reinflate when truck was started. Replaced both bags with Arnotts from Advanced auto parts and now it doesnt sink at all.

IF the radiator cap is bad in can cause an overfilled overflow. Might want to have it checked with a pressure tester. But sounds like the dealer goofed previously.
