Decided to go with the silicone grease & it worked out great. I live in a senior community & a couple of my neighbors seen how my doors now open with a struggle & I told you guys helped me out with suggestions and now they are going to do their doors. Thank you everyone for the suggestions

Thanks for all the suggestions I wiped the weatherstripping & where they contact the doors with Silicone spray that I already had on hand. Now to wait & see if it helped.
