Glad to see your stepping up to some water/meth injection, it should help that blower heat issue immensely.

If you really wanted to make money but not offer a full "kit", make a manifold only, and bracket/ idler pulley kit, or a combo of both... heck even on a case by case basis. Leave it up to the individual to source and buy the blower and extras. But even that would cost a good bit of cash...

Light bulb moment! Non-invasive use of stock radio - adding subs

If your really worried about it you could get a capacitor, to help alleviate the stress on the fuse block or the battery. I'm planning to add one to my setup soon, as my "little" Rockford 303w rms amp is dimming the headlights on hard hits as is, and I'm running from the battery straight to the...

    4.2 Envoy Turbo Build

Its funny every where you go you hear just don't GAP Iridium plugs, and don't use any thing but AC delco. I worried about the Gap issue when I ordered my one stage colder for my S/C L61 build. To be sure, I emailed NGK, they told me to not Gap them either direction very far, like no farther...

Light bulb moment! Non-invasive use of stock radio - adding subs

Good point Jeffro, I'm not entirely sure how much voltage gets back to the fuse box back there, as I haven't metered it, but if its over a steady 12 or more volts were it enters the fuse box he should be fine if hes not burping his amp/ sub or playing it mega loud all the time. My personal...

    4.2 Envoy Turbo Build

All my boost experience has been with 4 cyl Chevys before, haven't boosted my I6.... yet.... but from my past experience, NGK Iridiums are awesome plugs, but they don't like being gapped down too far or the electrode's internal solder joints break. But besides that the Iridium IX plugs give a...

Light bulb moment! Non-invasive use of stock radio - adding subs

If you have the upgrade stereo with stock amplifier, you can wire the line output converter to the Stock Amplifier in the rear behind the plastic panel, then get your ground, amp turn on, and power from the rear fuse block under the middle (LWB) or back (SWB) seats. That's probably the best/...

    4.2 Envoy Turbo Build

Sounds very Diesel, hahaha, love it. I'd say do it, but not practical at all like that though. Remember after you re-tune you can gain a good bit of a smoother idle and better running by simply running a colder/ smaller gapped plug. Most people find 2 stages colder is better when going from N/A...

When I started doing my TB performance upgrade research I saw that they axed the project and I was like, "Wow they don't like money." Some companies never understand, if you really wanna go fast or make more power, you are willing to pay and break stuff. So why not put up a disclaimer saying hey...

    my voy's exhaust

Jeez cone killer, your making me want to shell out some cash for some bolt-on's, exhaust, and a good tune...... well sooner than I originally wanted to. HAHA Your a serial motivator sir, first getting excited for boosting my TB, than exciting me for minor bolt-on's and such. Stop it. LOL...

Bruhaba- I see what your saying on over-spinning the M62, that's why I'd use the smallest pulley I could get on the snout, get that PSI level up there more. That or go crazy and use the TVS version of the cobalt M62, its got all the headroom I'd need. Oh boy, that's some dollar signs though...

Other than agreeing with the Ford under the hood of a chevy comment.... I love it. So much good work in that album of yours, very much respect for breaking down that wall of a S/C on an I6. Its not done very often if at all that I can find.:yes: Ive been tossing around the idea of an M62...
