The ironing is I came here because of my HVAC... It was my rant that drove to more serious business. I was talking with a guy at work about his envoy. Turns or he just had his thermostat repaved when his fuel mileage dropped off. He gets 21 mpg Highway. Now I won't talk to him. :)

Thanks. I ordered both the sensor and thermostat. I'll hunt around for a nice 0-5 psi pressure gauge and see if I can hack something together. It's not completely shot, unless the O2 sensors and ECU behave like the coolant temp and do not actually give you a proper warning or indication...

It was black tubing if I remember correctly. With the roof open, the water would pool up and run into the ceiling panel then down the pillar. A quick shot of compressed air and the water drained. Have not had a problem since.

I will plan to change it out tonight or tomorrow :) Edit: Scratch that. Thursday at the earliest. Advance, Napa, Autozone do not have the AC Delco parts. Amazon wins.

The day I picked up my Envoy, it was raining hard and there was a puddle on the driver side. It turned out to be a plugged sunroof drain. The water ran down the inside of the A-pillar.

I'm pretty sure this is my first post, but I have been trolling the boards since obtaining my 05 envoy just over a year ago. I got a great deal as it was my old mans truck and only had 35,000 miles on it. I am a bit disappointed with it though as it always seems to have some issue or another...
