My 05 w/ 4.2 broke down on the wife yesterday. She said it made a loud popping sound and pulled to the right and stalled . I went and looked at it after work and it starts and makes a horrendous noise for a few seconds and stalls. It has oil showing on dipstick. I took belt off and sane thing...

And passed inspection this morning !!

Didn't know that used PWM, alot of foreign vehicles are using it on lighting now. 1 wire going to taillight and pulses tell what function to light up.

I also put in a new relay, so will check wiring from fuse box to plug

frikken New Jersey, can't inspect vehicle with a CEL on. And the only thing they check is emissions now. No mechanical

I know it won't break anything, but have a RED failed inspection sticker and need a good sticker

I have also tested the fan clutch by stopping it and it is working

I have replaced water pump, fan clutch, thermostat, ECT sensor and cleaned throttle body and scanned vehicle everything checks good except code comes back at start up every time. Engine temp on scan tool is 199.7 with a/c on. O2 sensors show good and cat shows good. any suggestions I need to get...

can you still keep the electro - viscous clutch with tune and fan codes turned off ??

I replaced relay with new relay also, did not check fuse I need to get thru inspection here in NJ

I downloaded the 02-05 service manual and have a question. Is the 2004 cooling system the same as 2005 ?? I have replaced the water pump ( airtex ) fan clutch ( hayden ) thermostat and ECT sensor ( AC Delco ) new belt and cleaned the throttle body and still have the P0480 code come up at start...

TY Roadie, I had put it 4 lo yesterday after getting stuck in 4hi on a unplowed road with over 20" snow and higher drifts when I had to stop for a plow truck. The wife went out this morning and told me its stuck in 4lo. She tried everything except neutral.

I had the Husky and the drivers side curled up at the door and would not lay flat and the cargo mat embosses for hooks did not line up on outer hooks. I switched to weathertech and had no problems. I sell both products and we sell 90% weathertech to husky
